Employee Wellness Examples

Should wrestlers be given suspensions or fines rather than an instant release by their promotion?
It seems that suspensions in the WWE usually happens only when a wrestler fails the Wellness Policy. It also seems that there are no fines given to wrestlers as a consequence. Finding out about the release of Bryan Danielson, work or not, has got me to think, why are wrestlers given an automatic release? Why not give these wrestlers some sort of fine or suspension? Its as if the promotion giving the release needs to give an automatic release to prove their point or at least make an example. Wouldn’t fining or suspending still have an impact and still give out the message or notice that a wrestler or an employee is on the tip of the Iceberg and the “next time” will be a release?
All answers are helpful and appreciated.
Yes.
I think that wrestlers should be given chances and warnings before they’re fired. Releasing a wrestler should be used when warnings have been given. I think it’s unfair for the wrestler to suddenly be released from his/her job without any warnings. Suspensions or fines would be another way to punish a wrestler instead of releasing them. In my opinion, wrestlers should not be released unless its the very extreme of circumstances. Promotions would still be able to keep their image if they fine or suspend a wrestler because they’re still punishing them. Image of the company would not be an issue.
Honestly, I think that the choking with a tie was just an excuse to release Bryan Danielson because WWE apparently wasn’t pleased with how Danielson was going overboard in his promos. Bryan Danielson wasn’t extreme on Raw. Doesn’t The Undertaker choke out his opponents with Hell’s Gate? Don’t assaults usually involve choking in the WWE? Didn’t Chris Jericho and JBL literally choke each other to death back in 2008? Aren’t there plenty of choke moves in matches? That’s not even the worst of it. WWE has done far more violent things with the PG rating before. It makes no sense.
