Does Weight Loss For Idiots Work
Is it better to sculpt and tone daily or every other day?
When I was re-firming my lack of muscle tone I was doing more building of muscle tissue.I am no longer doing any mass-building and am only sculpting and toning. Is it better to do it daily or every other day? I work out 6 days a week on an elliptical, an hour a day/5 days/week and 30minutes on Sat or Sun and I do 3 1 hr resistance tubes with swill ball and Ab straps.
Please only answer if you exercise daily ,and spare me the unproven crap about short cuts like idiot berries or chemical abs drinks.
ALSO- I am 51, 5’8″ and about 193, going for 190/185.And I have access to a team of highly committed professionals in an 18 month weight-loss and management study I am involved with so don’t BS me with sites or spam-bots.If you don’t have experience then keep your mouth shut as my mentor always advises. And my avatar is actually me.
IMPORTANT: I forgot to mention that I don’t do any weigh over 12 lbs due to arthritis in my body.Anything higher gives me too much joint stress.
well there’s nothing wrong with your current workout regimen. but as with progressive weight training, if you feel really sore, rest for a few days to allow your muscle fibers to regenerate. you may want to add some free weights into you calisthenics.
