Dance Weight Loss Videos Online
Another pole dancing question?
I want to start pole dancing. Not for a club, or for weight loss. I just want to tone up, because I have like zero upper body strength.
The problem is that there are no pole dancing classes in my area.
Can anyone reccomend a good online video course?
And also, a good pole to work with?

Also, I’m asking for opinions on GOOD online courses.
If I google it, I’ll just get the websites.
And every website will claim to have the best course. So that will get me no where.
