Daily Weight Loss Menu Plan
need help on healthy diet menu?
since i got married i gaining a lot of weight , so i really want to get back to my usually body, but i don’t know how to plan a diet menu that fit into my daily activity. I’m a chef so i often eat fried, sweet and oily food everyday. for exercise is limited only on home, can’t go into gym too often. also i wish that this can change my living style healthier(something that i can do everyday)
my weight before is 48kg (158 cm ) now is about 65 kg so I’m looking to loss about +-15 kg.
what should i do help???!!
can i drink green tea or chamomile tea???
btw i drink a lot of milk
