corporate wellness ideas?!?
My company is looking for fun and exciting wellness ideas to encourage, excite and to just increase the overall performance of our employees. We have thought of a few ideas like, not serving pop, just green tea and fruit juices.( for their health). At a certain time everyday( say 2 o’clock) everyone gets out of their desk and we play fun music over the intercom so that it gives everyone a little break to stretch and refresh for the rest of the day. And also we give them the opertunity of a yoga class once a week.
These are the type of examples i am looking for. If you have any good ones they would be much appreciated!
How about you try to get a corporate rate at a local gym? Allow them to get to work 30minutes later without reprimand OR if the gym is rreal close, allow them 30 minutes more during lunch, 3 times a week (M-W-F)
For those employees how actively participate, give a bonus or 1% more in their yearly raise
