why am i loosing so much weight? caffeine possibly?
hey,l was just curious about peoples opinions? I had a baby about 7 months ago, and lost most of the weight, except a stubborn ten pounds. that put me at 130 lbs. but now over the last couple months I have lost about 15 pounds, down to 115. which is lower than my pre pregnancy body, which was 120 -122 lbs. and i’ve only been running 3 times a week, and i started taking the hydroxy cut, which has a lot of caffeine in it, and always makes me sick. but im started to wonder if this is whats causing my weight loss. I also have stopped eating meals during the day.(bad i know) and just eating one meal, dinner and some junk food. what do you think?
