Casting For Weight Loss Shows
help me 20 pounds by the end of february?
I’m in a play at school, Butterflies are Free, and I got cast as Jill Tanner. Yay, swell, its rad, but there’s one little problem. Ok, one big problem. There’s this scene where I am in my underwear. Also, my character’s described as having “the figure of a bean pole”. I’m 5’3″ and 145lbs. I don’t think I’m fat, I just have a few rather unattractive areas, i.e arms, belly, thighs, you know, the usual.
I have about 7 weeks to get to a point where I am comfortable with showing my body off to hundreds of strangers. I think somewhere around 20-30 pounds should do it. Any tips on losing the weight quick? I’ve heard juice fasts are effective but I don’t know how to do one. Also, keep in mind I’m a poor college kid and can’t afford fancy weight loss pills or anything like that. Thanks for your help!!
Walk 5 miles every day, then eat fish, chicken and some salad.
Water only
Want to do it faster? RUN 5 miles a day. If I can run 10 miles a day at my age you can run 5 miles.
