Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga
Is this a good weight loss plan for me

I am…
143 lbs
5 ft 2 in
14 years of age
I plan on losing around 15-20 lbs within the next few months(1lb per week). I have eliminated soda, fast food, and candy/sweets. I will be eating 1200 calories a day and drinking only water.
I will be doing:
1. Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred (5 days a week)
2. The Biggest Loser Weight loss Yoga (2 days a week)
3. The Biggest Loser Boot Camp (4 days a week)
4. 35 minutes treadmill w/ intervals of 2 min runs & 1 min cool downs (6 days a week)
Is this good enough or should I be doing something more? advice?

That’s actually quite a lot of exercise and probably not enough calories. If it’s too hard you will be tempted to give up at the first sign of trouble (tired, injured, tempted by junk food, etc).
Stick with one workout a day, 6 days a week. I like to alternate strength training days with cardio days, 6 times a week. Your body needs to rest and recover or else it will break down.
