what is the cheapest meal replacement shake/powder for weight loss?
I have to lose about 20 lbs within a month and a half unexpectedly. I am needing to find which meal replacement powders/shakes work the best for maximum weight loss, while supplying enough nutrients for the day. I am also not able to spend a fortune…some of the meal replacements at GNC are like $60!!! Thanks!!!
OMG DONT USE THEM!!! they are nothing but trouble, a friend of a friend used them, and yeah she lost a lot of weight (and I mean a lot) but she got sick when she tried eating normally again. And she piled all of the weight back on again.
