What is the best time to exercise in your daily routine for optimum weight loss?
a lot of people say morning (not just the two answers for your question). but i tend to disagree, i think for the best weight loss is to workout in the mid to late afternoon. i think exercising in the morning, you will only be burning off the quickly from breakfast you ate and it will only make you more hungry throughout the day. i think exercising in the mid to late afternoon, you will be burning off most the calories and carbs that you in-took from your day…hope that helps
