Meal replacement shake for weight loss?
What’s the best meal replacent shake out there? I want to substitute breakfast with it. Price isn’t an issue but I would like some real quality stuff for helping weight loss.
Meal replacement shakes are generally nutritionally balanced drinks that can be used in place of eating a traditional meal. Weight loss cannot be expected simply by drinking meal replacement shakes though, it’s important to really watch daily caloric intake to meet weight loss goals.
Make a weight loss goal. People are more apt to stay focused on their weight loss if they’re working towards a specific goal. Set a certain amount of pounds to be lost by a certain date. Don’t be unreasonable about it, it’s healthy to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.
Figure out daily caloric intake. Before you even decide on any meal replacement shakes to use as a part of your diet, figure out how many calories that you need to be taking in each day, in order to achieve a weight loss.
