Best Weight Loss Meal Replacement Drinks

Whats the best mean replacment drink for WEIGHT LOSS?

ok im a female im like 90 percent sure im not diabetic BUT i weigh -the last time i checked – 295 and im 5’9”

i cant f-u-c-k-i-n-g take it anymore sooooo whats the best meal replacement drink or a VERY filling nutrional snack i can consume to compensate for the fact that i feel too tired to work out because of my job as a maid

i would just ask that it would be tasty natural or not made with something like sweet-n-low type sweetners and also affordable

I would start by cutting out sodas and sugary drinks and drink a lot more water. Then an awesome nutritional snack would be fruits and veggies such as carrots, celery, apples, oranges, bananas, mangos, watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, etc. Smoothies are my favorite, if you add enough strawberries or sweet fruits, then you don’t need very much sugar and you are getting awesome servings of natural foods instead of processed junk. Strawberries can get pretty pricey, so I suggest varying what you buy and make sure you will eat everything you buy (so you don’t waste money). By varying I mean just be a smart shopper, if you notice the price in strawberries have gone up, just skip it and buy a pineapple or watermelon or whatever else is within your price range. Also, eating smaller portions througout the day is better than 3 big meals. When you start feeling hungry, have an apple so you stay full throughout the day because when you are hungry you will over eat. Eat to live, don’t live to eat.

P.S. Walking, jogging or running is the best way to overall lose weight. Try sitting down and see if there is any room you can fit in 15-30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week. If you can’t fit in 30 minutes at once, try 3, 10 minute sessions throughout your day or 2, 15 minute sessions. Also, eating healthier and exercising is a huge energy booster once you get going. A friend of mine is the healthiest person, by far, that I’ve ever known and she has energy throughout the day and is happy all the time. =)
