best for a diet for me?

im on a diet. i work out from a half hour to forty five minutes 5 days a week. im looking into either a whey protein shake mix or a meal replacement bar. i weigh around 240 and im 5’8” and im eighteen and female. my weight loss goal is to be around 175….i would be happy with even 190. i want toi lose about ten or more pounds a month ….i know im big so please no rude comments. help would be great… i want to really be committed to this

You need to focus on your nutrition as it is 70% of your success. Stay positive and make sure you are consuming a quality whey protein that you can make into your own meal replacement and know exactly what is going in it!! Eat less….Move more:) You are going to do great!!!
