what is the best weight loss pill/vitamin to take that helps you lose alot of weight and fast?
im REALLY fat..like i weigh 132 (5 foot 7 in, 13 y.o.) and i need to lose weight and so im cutting down wat i eat and exersising more but its not working tht good so ima see if taking a diet pill might help..any suggestions which kind would be best?? You have to cut down on your sugars & carbs. That’s your body’s main source of energy. And if you eat less of that stuff then guess what…your body will burn your stored fat for energy. Do that & keep exercising and your extra weight will come off faster than you’d think. And there are no side effects like there would be by taking pills.
