Banfield Wellness Plan Cancellation
Banfield wellness plan cancellation question!?
I used to work at Petsmart, so I enrolled in the Banfield Wellness Plan for my dog since I was able to get the intro-fee waived. But, I no longer work at Petsmart and it’s easier for me to take my dog to the vet closer to my house, plus I am just not that happy with the services there.
I have had my contract since October of 2008, so it’s been about a year and a half. I know the contract is annually, so will I have to wait until October of 2010 to cancel without having to pay the fee, or can I go ahead and cancel now since it has been over a year?
You still have to wait until the full year is up. I would send a non-renwal notice now requesting they cancel effective October 2010, the renewal date.
When I had the plan I tried canceling mid year and it would not allow me.
