Average Weight Loss Low Carb Diet
How do I go from running 2.5 miles an hour everyday to 7 miles an hour?
have A LOT of spare time on my hands… I can run for 6 hours a day if I want to….
So right now I am running at 2.5 miles an hour… for 3 – 4 hours a day
And I want to train myself to run 7 miles an hour…
I am on a low carb diet right now and am averaging about 1 pound of weight loss a day (.5 pounds by dieting and .5 by exercise as you burn calories faster on a low carb diet)
Can you write a training program for me to get from 2.5 miles an hour to 7 miles an hour in one year?
Right now I am at 50% body fat… (they tested me at the hospital) and I want to get down to about 15 – 18% body fat on the low carb diet…
ok. actually start running, because 2.5mph is a slow walking pace. try at least 3 miles an hour, and instead of running for 4 hours a day run faster every day, but like maybe 2 hours. do 3 miles for a couple of weeks, and then do 4 mph when you feel good. (do some sprint workouts once a week too, like a 1600, 1200,800,400,200). in a couple of weeks you should be up to 5 mph, and after that 6, and pretty soon, like at the most 6-7 months, you’ll easily be up to 7mph, with the amount of time your running. running faster in less time is better than running slowly for hours. and take 1 day off each week for recovery, and also go on a diet and do ab and upper body workouts with the extra 2 hours you get
