Average Weight Loss Lap Band
I am scheduled for lap band surgery & I am leery?
I want to know the “skinny” on some issues. What is the average rate of weight loss? Has anyone experienced huge, saggy skin after weight loss? How does it really feel to eat so little after a lifetime of overeating? Do you miss it, regret it? How are family get-togethers where tons of food is the main event? Does anyone get to their ideak weight? Can you eat more when you are maitaining your weight>

Most of these are questions that you should be asking your surgeon.
It only stands to reason that if you are very very overweight, you will probaby have some stretched sagging skin after losing a significant amount.
The rest of your questions sound like basic self-control issues. It sounds to me like eating is a hobby for you and it should just be a way to sustain life. That’s why people are fat. We need to change our mindset about food in this country. Lifestyle change sounds like it will be your most difficult hurdle.
