At Home Weight Loss Kits

I am pregnant!Need some answers regarding my routine exercise?
Today morning I found out I am pregnant with my home pregnancy kit.I am very happy about this.Ok now to the qn.I have been doing elliptical for a very long time like 3 yrs and I also do them at a little high intensity level bcos i did them for weight loss,But still I am overweight.I dont have the doctor’s apointment for another week so wanted to ask this qn.should I do at a medium intensity level now as I found out I am pregnant or can I continue them?I also have a sharp abdominal pain like every 1 or 2 hrs.

I have been doing elliptical for 30 mins everyday,should I reduce the time too?
If its something your body is used to doing and you don’t feel like you’re overexerting yourself, than you can continue doing it.
