Army Weight Loss Tricks

I am joining the Army National Guard and need suggestions on how to pass the tape test.?
I have been working on loosing weight for two months now (I was around 232 when I started). I am 5’6″ and now weigh 205. While the weight loss is going well I know I will have to pass a tape test and am looking for suggestions on how to quickly build up my neck, tighten my abs, and cut the belly fat. I have been doing a medically supervised diet (the Optifast diet) so my caloric intake is only 960 calories a day. I have hit a plateau though and need to drop weight and inches in the next two weeks. Ultimately I need to add about an inch to my neck and lose two inches at the waist. I workout three days a week, run three times a week, and hike with 50# pack for three miles once or twice a week. I want to pass the tape legit but may have to try a trick or two to pass and then continue dropping the weight.
Do NOT drink alcohol; do NOT eat anything with sugar or corn syrup in it–and, RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!! You NEED to be able to RUN at least 5 miles a day (and 10 miles would NOT be too much)! FYI: I served in the Regular Army INFANTRY, and we used to RUN 8 miles a day, 4 days a week in Flak Vests, and 1 day per week in combat boots…. In addition to RUNNING, you also NEED to build your upper body strength–by doing LOTS, and LOTS, and LOTS of push-up!!!! You should gradually build yourself up to where you can do at least 50, if not 100 push-ups within 2 minutes…. You NEED to work-out 6 days a week, NOT 3, in order to achieve your goal–3 miles a day, 3 days a week will NOT produce results…. You NEED to work up a sweat that leaves you SOAKING WET–in which case you will also have to reconstitute your fluids with WATER…. This WILL produce results….
