But, you won’t see immediate results and you have to exercise/eat less to make it work. Basically oriental medicine works in a way to balance your body, instead of working on a particular issue. Its effect is more like, getting a really great pair of running shoes, but you still have to jog to lose weight.
I never heard of a ear-dart. If you are getting acupuncture see a licensed one, they will offer consultation and provide the best guidance.
