Has anyone ever tried those Adios weight loss tablets?
I read up on the net but have got mixed reviews… ??
I tried them for a month and did not lose any weight although i did eat sensibly.My best advice is save your money and go for a walk instead.Regular exercise and sensible eating is the best advice i can give you.Good luck!
